Qatar Museums’ (QM) Learning and Development Section of the Human Capital Department has announced its Fall Internship programme, inviting university students, recent graduates and members of the community to apply.
Interns will be able to positively influence their employment prospects by enhancing their skills to align with organisational and market needs, including self-discipline, time management skills, regular/remote working, and cross-cultural competencies while having the opportunity to network and build connections.
In a statement, QM CEO Ahmad Musa al-Namla said: “The Qatar Museums Fall Internship programme is an invaluable opportunity for university students and fresh graduates to gain relevant working experience and to explore various career paths in the cultural sector. Eligible candidates are invited to apply before August 30.”
Throughout the programme, interns will be introduced to the world of arts and culture, while working on numerous projects and assignments with set deadlines. Interns will have access to regular support from members of the various management teams via regular/remote working systems, group emails and calls.
The internship programme will run for periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months with the interns having the flexibility to either work in a regular/ blended setting, depending on operational requirements.
University students, fresh graduates and members of the community who are 18 years of age and older can visit https://qm.org.qa/en/about-us/careers-and-opportunities/internships/ to apply.
