Strong winds and high seas are expected in offshore areas by tonight along with rain towards the north, the Qatar Met department has said.
Poor visibility is also likely in some inshore areas in the early hours of the day.
The wind speed may go up to 18-25 knots (northwesterly) by the night in offshore areas, with the sea level reaching a high of 8ft.
The weather office also tweeted yesterday that the conditions are expected to gradually become cloudy tomorrow and there is a chance of scattered rain in the country.
Meanwhile, hazy to misty conditions are expected in some offshore areas at first. It will become cloudy and there is a chance of rain towards the northern areas.
Today, a minimum temperature of 13C is expected in Wakrah, Mesaieed, Al Khor and Abu Samra, while in Doha it will be 17C. The maximum, on the other hand, will range from 22C to 25C in the country.
